Full renovation of 2 apartments Calle Los Morales. Moralzarzal.

In this full renovation, we take on the challenge of uniting two small independent apartments of 35 m² to give life to a single and spectacular area of 70 m². This intelligent redistribution allowed us to maximize the surface area of the bedrooms and main bathrooms, in addition to designing a strategic storage area with large custom closets. The entire upper floor has been converted into a private refuge, since the living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor... an incredible space that we will show you very soon! Stay tuned.
