What data we process
Only what you give us when you contact us: through the contact form (name, phone, email, town, type of renovation, approximate size, when you want to start and your message), on WhatsApp, by email or by phone. We never ask for more than we need to reply.
Why
To answer your enquiry, visit the property and prepare the quote. If we go ahead, to manage the project, invoice and meet our legal obligations. We will not send you advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent when you contact us (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take, such as the quote (art. 6.1.b). If you hire us, the performance of the contract and our legal obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).
How long we keep it
While we handle your enquiry. If we do not go ahead, we delete it within one year at most. If you hire us, we keep it for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax records.
Who else sees it
We do not share your data with anyone. It is processed on our behalf, under contract and only to provide their service, by our website and email hosting provider, Arsys Internet, S.L.U., with servers in the European Union. If you choose WhatsApp, your message goes through the WhatsApp service (Meta Platforms Ireland) under its own terms; Meta may transfer data to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Server logs
Like any website, the server records each visit (IP address, page requested, date and browser). These logs are used only to keep the website secure and running properly, on the basis of our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR), Our hosting provider keeps them and deletes them automatically after the period set by its policy; we do not use them to identify anyone or combine them with other data.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, take it elsewhere, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to presupuestos@
